Storage and convenience


Empty the powders into a large mixing bowl, then combine them thoroughly using a cake mixer. Store the mix in 2-3 airtight glass containers, ready for quick use when in a hurry. Store the jars in a cool, dark place, and use one pot at a time so it is kept fresh.

Add these extras according to taste and preferences (you'll need a blender if adding solids)

  • Seasonal fruits and vegetables.

  • Coconut cream. Coconut water.

  • Whole cream milk (silver top).

  • If needed, water (avoid fruit juice because it may be too much sugar).

  • Add one fresh free-range egg with 10 seconds to go when blending (do not blend the egg too long to prevent damage to the delicate nutrients).

How much to take each day
