Stormy sky over a coastal town with text: "MANAGED OUT, 20 July, 3PM, Johnsonville Community Centre, realitycheckradio.flicket.co.nz, RCR 360".

Our good friend, Alistair Harding – award-winning filmmaker, new father, and tireless campaigner for truth and freedom – is on the road with his latest documentary: Managed Out.

Together with RCR360 co-host Maree Buscke, Alistair is bringing a powerful, deeply researched film to communities across New Zealand – revealing the reality of this country's “Managed Retreat” policies and what they mean for you, your family, and your future.

Wellington Screening Details:

Johnsonville Community Centre

Sunday, 20th July🕒 3:00pm

Tickets: $5 – incredible value for a conversation that matters

Stick around after the screening for a live Q&A with Alistair – your chance to meet him, ask questions, and join a crucial conversation.

Let’s be clear about this: managed retreat refers to one of the central strategies now being employed to respond to climate change. No matter where you stand on this vexed topic, one thing is certain: we must respond in ways that are thoughtful, caring, and fair – grounded in real science, not driven by panic, fear, politics, or profiteering from others’ loss.

We must stop the fearmongering. It’s weakening our society and paralysing good decision-making. Instead, let’s foster strength and fortitude – the Freeranger way – and promote responses rooted in calm thinking, personal responsibility, and genuine care for one another and the land we live on.

We all have a duty to be informed – not just by one side of the debate, but by all of it. Only then can we make wise decisions for ourselves, our families, and our country. Alistair helps us do just that – with courage, integrity, and a steady hand.

Yes, many of us are feeling exhausted by the fallout of the COVID years – the fear, the division, the overreach. It’s as if each morning we wake to yet another assault on our way of life: whether it’s tampering with our genes, meddling with how we grow clean, nutritious food, confusing our children about their gender, or censoring our speech to the point where honesty itself is a punishable offence.

In the face of all this, it’s more important than ever to support those standing firm. Alistair is doing exactly that – for his child’s future, and for all of ours. Let's get behind and support Alistair who remains a tireless fighter on the frontlines of what is right and proper.
