Well for me, I add organic blueberries, banana, homemade yogurt, and sometimes some store-bought Greek yogurt, organic non homogenised milk, dash of fulvic and olive oil.  I wish my tongue was long enough to lick the glass clean. Dave's mix is organic blueberries, banana, organic coconut milk, kiwifruit, his muscle-eze, probiotic powder, filtered water, olive oil and a splash of fulvic.   When we have no blueberries we add a teaspoon of additional dried blackcurrant powder.
