Bear in mind that less than 1% of these incidents ever get reported. NZ is no exception; few, if anyone is aware of the need to report an adverse event or know how to report. There is no apparent interest from officials in exercising vigilance to ensure the benefits outweigh the harm. As far as they are concerned, these vaccines are safe. Are they really safe? Safe by what standard? You can decide for yourself if they are safe enough for you and your family.
I have said before that nobody ever needed to die from COVID unless they were already about to depart this life. If only your General Practitioner was permitted to treat cases of infection freely and without interference from those above them. If only the public received proper advice about how to improve their health. Why is there no health advice other than wearing a mask, washing your hands, fearing everyone and - oh - go and get the vaccine? These vaccines should be reserved for those at greatest risk of harm, at least until we have enough evidence to show the benefits far outweigh the harm.
