The products listed here support sensible and healthy approaches to weight management.  Problems with excess weight may be as much due to poor metabolism as over-eating.  Having a desert spoon of whey in a small fruit smoothie as a snack may reduce sugar cravings, as might various supplements, such as brindelberry and chromium picolinate, which support healthy metabolism.

Much weight gain, in the form of fluid retention, is due to body salt imbalances which can be corrected with the Active Elements tissue salts.
