About the Himalayan Crystal Salt

250 million years ago a primordial ocean was evaporated by the sun, leaving behind a pristine crystalline salt. Today, this ancient salt, buried deep in the Himalayan Mountains, is mined by hand to bring you salt retaining all the original qualities of this ancient sea.

The salt is a natural source of over 84 minerals and trace elements including Iodine, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Silica and Selenium that are essential for maintaining good health.

Himalayan Crystal Salt is unprocessed, hand-minded and natural. It contains no chemicals or anti-caking agents and tastes great on food and in cooking.
